Doeh POS — Delivery API (1.0.0)

Public delivery API, served by the edge gateway. Authentication is a merchant bearer token; the shop/branch scope is derived from the token server-side (clients never send scope). Money is integer minor units. Error codes are a stable, append-only ABI — never renamed or reused.

Create a delivery order

Idempotent when an Idempotency-Key is supplied (a retry returns the original order).
