DOEH-native applications — apps that are part of a shop's operation rather than an outside system. Two audiences, two planes:

Production note: customer sign-in is first-party
until DOEH hosted sign-in (OAuth/PKCE) ships — a shop-published clone must never collect the customer's
credential on its own infrastructure. Verify a clone with pnpm smoke:consumer.
